Keep up your intensity when exercising , I would eat some red meat from time to time its full of iron which women need when you have your period. Lots of water too will help but from what you have said your on the way to losing weight .

Good Luck

Sure, the key is consistency. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest.

Losing weight is a combination of the number of calories you take in minus the number of calories you expend.

You really want to vary your exercise routine. It’s best if you do something like bike one day, run another and swim a third day. If you vary your exercise routine, you’ll work out different muscles and stay focused. Doing the same thing every day can be boring. If you get bored, you’re more than likely quit.

Stick with foods that are high in fiber. There are a lot of veggies that do this. I’d stay away from carbs like potatos. Go with proteins instead.

How long will it take? You should some results as early as a week, but at some point you’ll hit a plateau. At this point, you really need to vary your routine. Use different tempos for your workout. Have a hard, intense day followed by an easy tempo, but longer workout. Mix in a couple of medium days and you’ll find you do OK.

I would totally help you. ^__^

Well, you would lost a lot of weight if you eat those foods and if only those foods. Yeah. Eating veggies and fruits can boost your metabolism. Eating a lot of breakfast is good. And also a decent amount of lunch and no or little dinner should make you lost weight. But eat variety of things. Just no junk food. Before you eat a meal, drink a lot of water, but not too much. Ok?

    Yeah. I hope I helped you. ^__^

    15 min. Workout

    Break. Drink water.

    25 min. walk dog

    Break.

    Workout for about 20 minutes.

You might lose about 3 pounds a week. More or less.

If you continue, 15 pounds can be knocked off!

Digesting food is the most energy-consuming thing your body has to handle.

Every morning, your body doesn’t burn all the food you’ve eaten from the day before. Fruit is an already pre-digested food (meaning your body doesn’t have to burn it and use up energy), cleanses your body and has all the vitamins and nutrients you need. You can eat as much fruit as you want (until you’re full) until noon everyday. [The exception is bananas, which are high in calories. If you really want bananas, throw them in a blender with some water].
If you think, "Well fruit doesn’t fill you up and I feel so weak," you’re obviously lying. Fruit is high in vitamins and nutrients which make you feel full because your body is getting what it needs to run. Processed and packaged food lacks these nutrients and screams to you "More! More! I’m still hungry!" even after you’ve just eaten.

    Also, never combine:

Carbs and protein [Breads, wheat, rices and pastas with meats, eggs, cheese, milk]
When you eat these at the same time, they release chemicals in your body which cancel each other out and the food you’ve eaten sits in your stomach for a longer period of time. The result is constipation, and gluttony.

As an alternative, eat your carbs with vegetables and your meats with vegetables. [In your case, chicken with vegetables]. It’s a good balanced meal.

One more thing to remember: Never combine your fruits with ANY OTHER FOOD. Wait at least two hours before and after eating fruit to eat any other food. If you don’t, it will just rot in your stomach and won’t digest.

As I’m a Pesto-vegetarian (Vegetarian who eats fish), I’d suggest you replace your chicken with fish as it is lower in calories and it’s easier for your body to digest.

If you ever get hungry at night and want a late night snack, just think fruit or veggies. [But remember to never combine the two! One or the other. I usually go for fruit ;) ]

I might also suggest walking your dog for 40 minutes, as you’ll get an optimal workout.

Good luck! Email me if you have any questions :)

Try staying away from saturated fats, and fast foods. And vary your exercise routine, so you don’t get bored. Lots of water will help you. And I’ll say you could go to the nutritionist so she can tell you exactly how many pounds should you loose, and she can make you a personalized diet, based on your age, height, activity level, etc.
    Hope it helps!! =)
