I have diabetes type 11 and I need ideas on what to eat to lose weight.?
Here is the deal. I cannot eat sugar, fruit, most vegetables, anything white like bread or flour, no high cholesterol foods. Fruit it loaded with sugar so that is a no no. High carb foods make me fatter. I have tried the Atkins diet over and over and only seem to gain weight in the end. I have a bad back so I cannot exercise. I am at my wits end here trying to figure out what I can eat to lose weight. I know I can eat low-carb foods, chicken and beef broth, fish, all meats and some salad. I think of myself as an intelligent person, but I cannot figure out how to lose weight. I never eat junk food or sweets. Nothing works for me. Thank you.
lean protein, veggies .. lots of water.. and you need to exercise… even if it’s just a few minutes per day… it makes a big difference…
