Please Help A Diet And Exercise Plan?

please help me im 13 years old and need to lose weight really bad. im not one of those girl that is already skinny and wants to lose more weight. i just really need to lose weight for this beach party im having at my school its in about 5 months. And i don’t want to go there looking all fat. plus im sick of being fat. i use to be really skinny and i want to go back to it. Plus i want better health and want to decrease the risk of getting Diabetes.
So can anybody help me i just need a breakfast meal and a lunch meal, plus a exercise plan. Plus i need a lunch meal that i can just take to school nothing that i would have to cook, plus i need meals that are cheap.
*Please i really want to lose weight and make my health better. Thanks ?
Plus i have basketball practice after school for 2 hours

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

    Try special K for breakfast and subway for lunch and supper and for snack fruits. Try a sport too.

    pick froim any of these..

    breakfast…special k , shredded wheat, weetabix, any healthy cereal really, fruit, smoothie

    lunch…brown bread sandwich with chicken (no butter on bread),

    dinner…brown rice, jacket potato, fish, sushi, chicken, ham salad,

    drink 2L water a day
    no eating after 7pm

    exercise…buy a fitness dvd and do it every other day, go running a few times a week, walk as much as you can, try ice-skating, swimming.

    Follow this plan and you WILL lose weight in time

    Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean cereal – 1 serving
    1 C. Skim Milk
    1 fruit of your choice (not canned)

    If you can pack a small snack to munch on at school I would recommend eating this between breakfast and lunch:
    1 small handfull of nuts like almonds

    Lunch: 1 sandwich – consisting of 2 slices of WHOLE
    WEHAT BREAD,no butter or mayo. with lean
    deli Turkey, Tuna, or Chicken breast. 1 slice cheese and maybe a leaf or 2 of lettuce and a slice of tomato. 1 fruit of your choice. Buy the small 1 serving pouches of baby carrots and eat also. This is an easy bag lunch!

    Afternoon snack: Kashi granola bar or some other
    HEALTHY granola bar

    Dinner: cooked chicken breast, or extra lean hamburger. with 1/4 C. brown rice and lots of veggies!

    Drink lots of water!
