    Glycemic Index is based on faulty science. The basic chemistry they used in determining GI is not correct. Please see-
    GLYCEMIC INDEX- why it does not worK ?

    actually, we didn’t ask you to do this. You are a blowhard, and the only thing that needed to be said was that you were pre-diabetic because of your weight gain, and you are not now because you lost the weight.
